PERMANENT SIGNS

Some companies choose to erect permanent signs, to convey an ongoing sustainable forestry message-at the site of a managed forest, at a mill location, or anywhere the message can get attention.

Permanent signs, especially those mounted in remote locations, must be checked regularly for wear and vandalism. If a sign's message is such that it needs to be revised over time, attention to keeping the sign up to date is necessary.
